This included producing the architecture design strategy and plan including:<br \/>\n\u2022\tDeveloping the Architecture Vision including Scope, Stakeholders, Purpose and Concerns;<br \/>\n\u2022\tProduce the EA framework and model development methodology;<br \/>\n\u2022\tDesign and Implementation of EA Governance \u2013 This defines the ownership, review, approval and update roles and responsibilities for each of the views defined in the Framework, and specifies the processes and products required for efficient governance;<br \/>\n\u2022\tDefine the skills and training requirements for the roles in the EA practice;<br \/>\n\u2022\tDetermine the end user requirements for architecture support and architectural outputs and analyses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Frontis were employed to set up the Enterprise Architecture practice in a large transformation project.
